"I assumed that the main is always close and only to find out that it is open and can leave your luggage at your own risk. My husband and I arrived early and we were having hard time to locate a luggage storage in the area. "

"The location is great. Only a few minutes to the center. 10 min walk To the station. There is a big parking just in front of the apartment (19pm- 8am free). Normal price is 2chf per hour. Very clean apartment. The host provided everything needed for cooking, even the oil and salt. Many restaurants around if you want to eat outside. Good communication during the whole stay. Thank you ! We will definitely come back. "

"The room was clean and comfortable. There was no AC but you could open the windows which was nice in the evenings. The staff were very nice. There are dining options onsite and just behind the hotel in a courtyard. It was a nice walk to Interlaken train stain and a shorter walk to Interlaken West. "

From the moment we arrived, the service was nothing short of excellent—warm, welcoming, and with a personal touch that made us feel right at home. The breakfast was great every morning. It was delicious, with a fantastic variety of options to start the day off right. But the most unforgettable part of our trip was the cheese fondue hot tub. It was a blast and an experience unlike any other. We had the pleasure of being guided by Dani, who was absolutely awesome. He taught us so much about the art of fondue, making the experience not only fun but also educational. A huge thank you to Linda and Dani for making our stay so special. Their attention to detail and genuine care for their guests truly sets this chalet apart. "
