Not quality if Courtyard Mariott

The hotel was not up to the standard to of a Courtyard Marriott. There were multiple issues, TVs did not work, elevator were sketchy, no hot water in the shower/bath. Beds were good and the A/C works that’s the only positive.

Disappointing for a Marriott Hotel

After years of being a loyal fan of Marriott properties I was extremely disappointed to find this run-down, poorly maintained hotel in Beaumont, Texas. The staff is great…. professional, accommodating, and highly efficient. The property’s decor has been updated but unfortunately merely masks the loose/nonworking outlets, burned out lightbulbs, scarcity of towels, and (gasp) uncleanliness. Overlooking the area humidity and resulting musty smell, one can’t help but notice hallways that haven’t been vacuumed and the odd bug in the bathroom. There’s a fairly new Fairfield next door. Hopefully it’s cleaner and in better working order. Try it instead!

This place is average but below average for a Marriott Courtyard. Considering the other options in Beaumont it isn't awful but isn't great.

The only thing that was good about this property was the bed. The staff was a mess, the place was dirty, and I took a cold shower with 5” of water in the tub and a shower wand that drizzled cold water down my back.

Worst Marriot ever ! Marriot needs to pull their nose from this establishment. Elevator not working properly, no hot water, door key/ lock not working properly, bad need of remodel. Housekeeping just comes in room. Multiple issues, not a Marriot experience.
