"Beautiful resort. "

"We stayed in March while they were in the middle of a huge renovation. Therefore it is best to make sure these rankings are properly framed. Our room was clean and spacious. We were however right by the entrance door from the parking lot and therefore had a LOT of noise when people were coming and going. It had a small deck but at 45 degrees with a wind off the lake, we did not sit on it! The renovation will be nice but we just wanted a place to stay for the night and it suited our needs...

"Outlets were hidden and those accessible didn’t hold the plugs. They kept falling out. Noise was awful. Not only did I hear the door into the lodge slamming all day/night but the door into the lodge rooms too. Not very relaxing. TV remote worked half the time. Had to use the buttons on the tv. Requested a shuttle and waited 25 minutes. "

"The room was fresh smelling when we entered. The staff was really friendly and helpful. The kids enjoyed the pool and the temp was perfect. The only complaint I have is the neighbors were so noisy until 4 in the morning so the sleep wasn’t the best. "

"Pool not working. Most of motel used for workers for fish house on a monthly basis. And didn't speak english. Frig didn't work. Good internet. Noisy in hallway but did sleep well. Definitely not worth price I paid on expedia. Room was close to door that was unlocked all the time. Owners were gone and staff were friendly, felt sorry for them. Advertising does not match motel. Lousy painting job in room. Heat did work, thankfully. "

"My family really enjoyed our stay. Baxter restaurant had wonderful food! Our room was spacious and clean. We would book again and recommend this place as a family friendly stay with a fun little waterpark. "

"Bathroom was a disaster"

"Dirty room, sheets had mud, oily wet spot, blood on mattress pad, mattress protector had urine on it. Staff weren’t able to switch rooms and don’t have fresh clean mattress protector or correct size linens. "

"I’ve even coming to Nisswa for 20yrs and this was one of the best experiences I’ve had. Nature Link’s design and approach to “linking” to nature and creating a peaceful experience was wonderful! I will definitely be back. Joel W."

"Hi, we would highly recommend staying at this hotel. With all of the new renovations it's very clean and cozy. The on-site manager, Luke, was very professional and accommodating. The only minor item that should be mentioned is the quality of the hair conditioner in the pre-filled wall dispenser located in the shower. It was low quality and merely water being dispensed. Although, the hotel does provide the small shampoo and conditioner bottles to rectify this concern. Again, we will...
