"Nice room, but pictures were a little misleading as we thought the room was 3 queens. Difficult time calling front desk to notify of late arrival, could only get through choosing reservations.
Operational manager reached out regarding concerns and was exceptionally professional in addressing the issues!

"We had such a great stay in Kelowna! The room was very clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly, and everything made our girls’ weekend so easy and relaxing. The breakfast was great and the air conditioning worked perfectly, which we really appreciated. Overall, an amazing experience, we would definitely stay here again! :)"

"The pool was closed down. The TV in our room was broken the phone in our room was broken the hot water in the shower was scolding hot it was very difficult to adjust the temperature and it's extremely noisy with the traffic driving by all night"
