Hyatt Regency Kotor Bay Resort

"I just got back from a lovely 5 day stay at this hotel. The lady who checked us in, was so kind. All staff at this hotel take pride in their jobs and genuinely care. When arriving back from a day trip, you are greeted with "welcome back". Breakfast is plentiful and fresh. Hotel is modern and clean. A firmer pillow was quickly provided upon request. Top tip: taxis require cash. The hotel staff will book you a taxi, however when you arrive at the airport, the taxi drivers will rip you off. I would advise booking ahead. We were charged nearly 3x more than our journey home. 100% recommend this hotel. It is slightly further out, however most restaurants on the bay provide boat pick up service."

"The room was really nice and a 5* room. But, cleaning was not good, upon our check-in, there was fruit under a chair, leftover blouse behind the sofa and paper on the floor. Location: 2*, the street it is on is really horrible, extremely busy with construction workers and supermarket customers, barely enough space to fit 2 vehicles. Parking: Very difficult, they say parking is provided but there are about 5/6 spaces which you need to reserve prior to arriving to the hotel. If you are lucky you can get parking upon your arrival or park opposite but it’s very rare there is a space. Breakfast: breakfast was great but it is good to get there before 9am as some foods run out."

"This is a new property. Amazing staff but they are working out the kinks. Location is amazing and this property has the ability to be a top property when they get some proper training. Staff wants to shine bright just missing some guidance. With all that said I will try again in a few months. I look forward to see how they embrace their potential!!"

"Beautiful apartment. Just as described and photographed. We had the 2 bedroom/2 bathroom with a lovely kitchen, lounge and balcony with stunning sea views. Very clean and comfortable beds. Reception are very helpful, efficient and organised a private transfer to Tivat when we left (stayed 5 days) I was a little shocked at how busy the beach was when we arrived so used the pool mostly and just walked across to the sea when we wanted to swim. (Loungers/umbrella are approx 25 euros per day at the beach). Sunraf is located on the promenade in Becici so everything is on your doorstep. Would recommend Meat & burger for great cocktails and good food. Vladimir became our favourite waiter for the service and chat. Busy resort but great for a buzzing holiday feel"
