"Only issue was toilet would run for a while after flushing, making the water filling sound, therefore wasting water. Otherwise fine"

"The hotel was very clean, the room was clean, a bit dated, but it was definitely clean. The only issue was the bathroom had a cigarette smell. I do not smoke so having to smell such a strong cigarette odor was a little rough. Otherwise, the hotel was really perfect for one night."

"The welcoming spaces still allowed for privacy while providing the most wonderful comforts such as cold and hot drinks, books,board games and a garden retreat. Our room could be kept at our preferred temperature with an individual, quiet cooling unit that didn't block the garden view. The morning breakfast included a delightful menu at a unique gourmet level."

"I stayed for a short time, this had everything I needed and was reasonably priced. Room was a clean, had a comfy bed, was quiet, and very friendly staff to greet me both when I checked in and out… with yummy coffee in the morning. It’s a basic stay, but everything you need. Would definitely recommend!"

"The inn is historic with a grand feel. The room was large and nicely furnished. The bed was very comfortable with plenty of pillows. Nice hot shower. Clean room. Food and service were great. The staff were professional and personable and made sure that you were happy with your stay. Would definitely return to this inn."

"Deep cleaning needs to be done and the hot tub was dirty. had to clean but it was a nice room. Owner very nice and he was sorry about the tub. It could have been the filters."

"The view was great. It is in 10 to 30 minutes of places I wanted to visit. The staff went out of their way to accommodate me with the personal items I needed. I didn't need to use the Kayaks or pontoon that they rent to use on Lake Laural. The only drawback is no beach."
