"We stayed at this lovely hotel boutique, my daughter and I , we loved it!! We reserved a room with beautiful views of the lake, everyday we had breakfast on the balcony it was breathtaking... the bed is very confortable, the staff is incredibly nice and welcomming. We took 15 minute walks almost to everything, nightime walks are wonderful, so many stars so so beautiful!! I will be back ❤️"

"Unfassbar schönes Hotel mit traumhaften Ausblick! Die Bedienung an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich und hat deutsch gesprochen. Sie hat uns freundlich empfangen. Die Zimmer waren sauber und gut ausgestattet. Das Restaurant darunter war ebenfalls 5 von 5 Sternen. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen, allein schon wegen dem Ausblick auf den See."

"Skønt sted! Vi fejrede nytår her og var her kun én nat. Men vi vil utrolig gerne besøge stedet igen og opleve det om sommeren. Stedet er som et slot dog med nye faciliteter som gør oplevelsen helt fantastisk! Der er ikke så mange værelser, så man følger sig taget godt imod af Ariana og de andre medarbejdere, som sørger for fin morgenmad og hvad man ellers kan ønske. Køleskab og dejligt badeværelse, og indretningen føles autentisk."

"Unbeatable views but that's about it. No elevator. Had to lug all of our luggage upstairs ourselves. No help from the staff. Rooms are incredibly outdated and dilapidated. The TV is smaller than my laptop. The shower is the size of a shower on a cruise ship. The restaurant on property is just ok. They try too hard to serve fancy food instead of sticking to a traditional, simple Italian menu. If it wasn't for the incredible view it would have been a total bust."

"We loved so many things about hotel excelsior, the breakfast was good, the staff was outstanding, the stair rugs could have been vacuumed more often but overall the hotel was clean, the reason I gave the overall score as 3 is the bed . The mattress was very uncomfortable and the pillows were in need of being replaced as they were all pretty flat, no fluff at all. "

"Easy Parking right next to the hotel. Friendly staff. The free coffee and tea in reception was a bonus, as were the croissants in the morning. Very comfortable bed. "

Allerdings insgesamt intensives 20er Jahre Flair mit allem drum und dran. Gefühl wie in Miss Marple Film. Etwas gruselig fand ich die lebensechten Porzellan Hunde auf jeder Etage."

"Nous avons apprécié la chambre, sa propreté et ses nombreux atouts (nombreux savons et shampoings, enceintes connectés, table avec fruits frais). Nous avons particulièrement aimé le spa et le petit déjeuner avec dans les deux cas un personnel irréprochable et attentif. Cependant le reste du personnel n'était pas au niveau pour un 5* surtout pour le prix que l'on paye (manque de sourire et d'engouement, professionnels mais nous avons eu l'impression qu'ils n'étaient pas heureux de travailler). "Nous avons adoré notre logement. Nous étions en suite junior avec une vue magnifique sur le lac. Hôtel, idéalement, placé un avec ferry à 300 m pour pouvoir accéder à tous les villages du lac qui sont à voir. Équipement OK, rien à dire des parapluies étaient même à disposition pour traverser la rue. Recommandons également le petit déjeuner, qui était au top ! Le restaurant et le bar valent également le coup."
