"My room was clean, and the staff was professional and polite. I had access to both air conditioning, and it was working during some hours when it was hot. And overall, my stay was comfortable. If I come back to Tennessee, I would make my stay there again and recommend anyone who needs to plan for a budget stay."

"When I first got to the property, I was unaware of a $50 miscellaneous fee that I was going to be charged that was not a part of my booking. Then I got booked into the wrong room after I was telling the lady that was checking me in that was not my room. She then told me that my room was paid for it was not so after she gave me the room key and I went to look at the room that she said was mine. I had to go back downstairs and let her know that that was not my room. Showed her the booking and she...

"A rough hotel. Didn’t have no where else to stay so had to stay here. Mold all across the showers. Sand paper blankets with peoples hair still stuck in it. Didn’t see bugs, but wouldn’t shock me if their was. Front desk as friendly. Wouldn’t be so bad if they just cleaned it a little better."
