"It was nice for a budget hotel. Well maintained and quiet. Staff were friendly. Made to order breakfast was a nice touch but low food quality. Evening reception was great. My main gripe is with amenities. Since I booked 3rd party I was treated as less as a guest as it relates to accessing some amenities. Had it not been for Expedia, I wouldn’t have spent my money there in the first place so I feel it is short sighted to not welcome us as full guests."

"We stayed during banaroo and everything was sold out. This motel was over 250 a night. There was no hot water, poor lighting, our lock was broken and shampoo packs that came in to go ketchup packets. It was clean and the bed were comfortable but not worth what they were charging."

"Staff was very rude! Booked on line for 2 adults, just so happens that it took staff 15 minutes to "find" my reservation and somehow on the managers phone it showed only 1 adult. Had to pay an additional $11.00. Manager complained to us that he makes no money when rooms are booked through Expedia! Not the customers problem. Room was dark and dingy. "Ended up getting a room at the last minute on the day of and it ended up being the best thing! We had a room at a local lakeside place and it was horrible, so bad that we couldn't stay and looked online at expedia and found the Hampton Inn. It was so nice to take a shower in a clean bathroom. The breakfast was a nice touch the next morning!"
