"I had stayed in a Social Hub in Madrid and found it to be an excellent alternative to main stream hotels. The one in Amsterdam was not the case. The location for this hotel is not very good. We were assigned a handicap accessible room without requiring nor requesting one. They did change our room but unfortunately the air conditioning in that room did not work. When I enquired at the desk I was told that none of the rooms had air conditioning because it was illegal in Europe to have AC. This is...

"My sister and I stayed at this hotel for three nights. Overall, our stay was satisfactory, but unfortunately on Friday night there was a party at the rooftop bar, with music blasting into our room until 1 a.m. Even earplugs didn’t help.
