"Our room smelt like stale mildew and cigarettes. It had a really bad odour. People had likely been smoking in the covered balcony and it had that old smoke smell while thew rest of the suite just smelt damp. The hallway smelt like McDonalds. The3 beds were the worst beds Ive ever slept on in a hotel, ..."

"Floor 21 tower B has a stink rubbish smell all the time, complaint to staff so many time but they send somebody spray perfume in the area and which only worked for 2 hours and again the same smell. Hopefully they will fix it permanently ."
