干渉が多い。

　観光地ではないけれど、Münster, Osnabrück, Bielefeld等Westfalen地方を巡るには都合が良い。 　複数室を持つアパートだけれど、毎日ベッドメイク、ゴミの回収等行われるので誰かが部屋に入る。その都度、家具等の配置変更等を直されるのはあまり気分が良くない。 　普通アパートは宿泊期間中無干渉のはずなので、パソコン等出したままでいるが、ホテルのように毎日片付けるのは面倒だった。 　このほうが良い人には都合が良いと思う。 　洗濯機はないけれど洗濯サービス(有料?)はある。 　バスルームで洗濯してタオルヒーターで干して外出し戻ったら、ヒーターを止められていた。 　頼まなかったのが気に入らなかったようだ。

Apartments were lovely the manager was rude , this room was for my Elderly Aunt and Uncle requested ground floor which it was but it was in another building along the road , my husband booked a 2 room apartment for 3 on the night we arrived and my husband had made them aware we would be arriving late the woman manager said we had no room booked Expedia got it wrong no apartments for 3 in this building , as it was there were 2 of us as my daughter was unable to come, but there was no room for us, gave us an address which was hard to understand and her directions were very poor we walked around the area for 2 hours unable to find when we did it was 1/2 mile away , it was an apartment for 8 , in the morning the cleaner came luckily my brother arrived who speaks fluent German and said we needed to be near my aunt and uncle at first she said there was no room in that block, but then changed her mind and we got settled in that building, I don't understand you advertise 3 bed apartment but in the building /photos there is no apartment like that in that building, The manager was no help at all very rude dismissed us when we showed her e-mails on our phone with the correct booking date and she ignored it blaming expedia, on the morning we departed they charged us for a 2 bed / 3 person room when we questioned this they were rude and dismissive, then they explained there was a key safe for late arrivals bit late to tell us this, I suggest you review what is available in this building

Olin varannut väärälle päivälle ja menin paikalle päivä myöhässä eikä hotellilla ollut vapaita huoneita tarjolla. Joten turhaan ajoin 3 tuntia Giesenistä enkä saanut rahani takaisin. Tulipas käyty hotellin ulkopuolella...
