"Excellent stay. Staff were superb along with the food and drink on offer. Maybe some healthier options would be a suggestion, plus the heating was constantly on full through the building. Money saving opportunity here.
Definitely recommend."

"部屋は広く､スーツケースを広げても全く問題ないが、鍵がかかりづらく、また隣ではなく向かいの部屋の開閉の音が気になった。今回は立地第一条件だったので、満足だが、狭い階段の上り下り､スーツケースを持っては大変だった。
部屋の設備としてティッシュくらいは置いてもらいたい。"

"This was a great surprise, expected a normal room over a pub but was amazed on being shown the room, it was a huge apartment with large living room with kitchen area, huge bedroom and bed, toilet had a jacuzzi and separate walk in shower.
Public car park outside which is £3 from 5pm to 9am! "

"One of the best spas I have visited. This is due to the friendly welcoming warm staff - specially Rosie who couldn’t do enough for us, she happily showed us around the facilities and made us feel very special. The fun, colourful vibe and swim up cocktails were a treat and the room with the double bath was one of its kind and so memorable. I would come back in a heartbeat - and hope to return later this year"

"Friendly and helpful staff , great breakfast & dinner, room a good size and location very handy for Norwich.
Our first room smelled of smoke clearly from the last occupants filthy habit, the staff went out of their way to relocate us.

"Entrance to the hotel difficult to find. Clean and friendly staff. Room was nothing like the ones advertised probably because we had our dog with us. Overall a pleasant stay. "
