"Breakfast was excellent with server staff all doing a great job. Reception desk staff was very helpful and gave us great suggestions about enjoying the city, arranging taxi service to airport and other places as we needed. Facilities were clean and tip top shape. Great hotel. Close to city center but away from the noise. We will recommend hotel to friends who may travel to Vienna."

"We are a repeating guests in this hotel. The hotel services are excellent in the reactive services. If you ask, they make it happen (mostly). I would hope they could get a little bit better in the proactive services. I'm introvert and it is very uncomfortable for me to call the front desk. For example the rooms don't have a kettle for boiling hot water for tea etc. (They have the cups and teas there..) I'm a tea drinker and a bad sleeper and asking 5x a day to bring hot water to the room is very...

"This was a really lovely place to stay! Close to grocery stores, trams, and lovely parks to lounge in. Perhaps a touch on the expensive side, however, at the drop of a hat they sent us up more towels, coffee pods, and dish soap. I love that kind of personal service when we’re abroad. Bedroom and bathroom(s) are downstairs, with everything else up a flight of stairs, so if there are mobility issues, I wouldn’t recommend. Thank you guys so much for having us!!"
