"Everything was great!"

"First and foremost, this property is managed by the Hilton. There is NO physical entrance to the Plaza Hotel. You must check-in at the Hilton's front desk to access Plaza Hotel tower. The rooms are spacious and clean, but the NO sofa bed in the living room, only two full size beds in the bedroom. The breakfast is delicious! Made-to-omelets and pupusas, yes PUPUSAS! But, be careful. Breakfast is served 7am to 11am and the full cost is $24/person. If you prepay when checking in, breakfast is $20. However, if you decide to go to breakfast AFTER 9am, the cost is $12. If would be nice if they provided this information when checking in. Nevertheless, the food if delicious and I highly recommend. Keep in mind this is a business oriented hotel, so there are lots of conferences and events. TIP: change the photo you have for the Plaza Hotel. That patio does not exist."

"This hotel might be slightly dated, but it is impeccably maintained. Everything is very clean and comfortable. Great breakfast, great fitness center. Possibly the most comfortable bed I've ever had at a hotel."

"Breakfast was wonderful!!!! Didn't have a vehicle, but the tour guide that picked us up every day was satisfied with the parking space. All personnel were polite and willing to assist. We will come back and stay at Gardenia Inn. El desayuno fue fenomenal!!!! No tenía vehículo, pero el guia turístico q nos recogía diario estaba satisfecho con el parqueadero. Todo el personal fueron atentos y listos para ayudarnos. Regresaremos y nos quedaremos en el Gardenia Inn."

"The staff were very friendly and helpful, I had some medication that needed to be in a fridge and the staff accommodated moving a small fridge to our room . Also they served us a very delicious complimentary breakfast. I highly recommend this hotel close to a lot of restaurants and nightlife."

"The breakfast was great and the room (Jr Suite) was also well done. The lounge happy hour was fun. The restaurant downstairs could use some work on the food as it was a bit bland. "

"Buena atención y buenas instalaciones. Como observación, el hotel no cuenta con elevador desde el estacionamiento, lo cual para nosotros es un aspecto imprescindible, ya que mi esposo tiene movilidad reducida. En esta ocasión, al momento de hacer la reserva no nos percatamos de ese detalle. Si bien cuentan con servicio de valet parking, no siempre deseamos utilizarlo, ya que en ocasiones preferimos entrar y salir de manera más independiente. Fuera de este punto, nuestra experiencia fue muy satisfactoria."
