"Bath tub wasnt cleaned out. Pool couldnt have stayed opened later, didnt get the chance to use it. Staff was excellent, very kind and helpful. Location was not ideal, nothing was in the town to do, no bars, hardly any restaurants. If i would book again, probably wouldnt. "

"I have stayed at this particular hotel several time because of convenience and limited choices. The hotel staff is rude and the rooms smell dirty. We had an ozone machine running in our room when we arrived. Ozone is very toxic and a health hazard if inhaled,we had to change our rooms because the ozone smell was so strong. Ozone machines are used to kill bacteria and strong odors, the area needed to be sealed and ventilated after use. The towels smell like others and need to be washed with detergent. On several evenings after 10pm there was a constant slamming of doors that was reported and never addressed. Our room wasn’t cleaned several times and when it was I still had to request clean linens. When I addressed the issue with the front desk the answer I received was “OK. I was at the hotel for two weeks while I supervised a construction project and also had two other rooms for my construction crew. All of us felt the same about everything I just explained. The breakfast was below any other hotel standard even though I do not ever eat the free breakfast only coffee that was weak , that’s when the machine actually worked. Go else where and drive a few extra miles if you have to . This hotel needs a lot of help ! "
