"The room didn't have a kettle. Also no plug sockets next to the bed. The room service breakfast that they provided didn't arrive on time and made my day late, the service from the manager was very poor and she was arrogant not worth the money"

Lovely hotel, bang average food
"The hotel itself is lovely. The welcome cookie was a nice touch. The food in the bar/restaurant though was not good. I ordered the salmon salad - salmon was tasty but the rest was pretty poor for a hotel of this overall quality."
