"First floor had a strong, weird smell. The side door was unlocked, anyone could come and go. There were teenagers hanging out in the stairwell, cussing and being rude. The room was okay, definitely not super clean. The beds were small, felt more like a full not queens. Front staff during check out was very kind!"

"This property was not the location I booked. It was to have been for Holiday Inn, Express, Blowing Rock Rd, Boone, NC. not Maryland. I did not know until I tried to check in and they did not have my reservations. When I learned of the error I sent a message to Expedia to cancel however, I have been charged for the booking. Please respond and advise how I can get a refund on this booking error. I clearly wrote the address of the hotel in Boone when I made the reservations."

There were not many people staying the one night I was there so it was super quiet. I hope they are able to keep up the maintenance to make this a very unique Red Roof Inn location."
