"Originally was supposed to stay at another hotel but due to the power outage we had to find something else. I called the property and John who worked the front desk was very accommodating. He understood the issue and was okay with my family checking in early he let us know the room wouldn’t be ready for 40 minutes so housekeeping could finish cleaning. "The hotel was clean and staff was friendly. However the elevator was broken on the first night as well as the ice machine on the first floor. Lack of drawer space in the double bed rooms."

"Turkey bacon is not bacon, the only thing that was wrong with the stay. I am not sure if this was normal, but please use real bacon, otherwise Home 2 is definitely in my top 5 places to stay. Fireplace was an amazing touch."

When the desk staff saw me pushing her in a wheelchair, He immediately offered to change our accommodation from a 2d floor room to one on the 1st floor near the entrance, front desk, and breakfast room.
