The perfect stay. Lodge was exceptional with great food, well appointed clean rooms, first class staff and amazing safari experiences.
A fantastic place to go for a safari experience.
Everything was excellent. From the restaurant staff to the tour guide’s everyone was pleasant with a can do attitude.
Our safari guide Louis was absolutely magnificent and made it his personal mission to ensure everyone had a great time, using all his tracking skills to get us to see the wonderful wildlife available.
The game drives is absolutely amazing. Be sure to ask for Andrew as your guide. Satisfaction in seeing game guaranteed. Excellent cliënt relations and his knowledge is on top form. Thank you for the amazing experience.
overall stay was great. accommodation very comfortable. surroundings was clean and pleasing. game drives were superb; saw 4 of the big 5 which was just amazing. the spa was good although the time allocated was not given as there were few staff. the food was good as well with a lot of variety to choose from. quad biking was very exciting. wifi was very poor which is very disappointing
An amazing stay. Tristan our guide helped us see all the animals including lion and cheetah. One of the best ever places we have stayed. Food was amazing. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend. Thank you for a life changing experience and stay.
A nice lodge and experience!
I took my 9yr old daughter here for two days. We had a lovely time and stay. The game drives were good and we saw everything there was to see except Leopard/cheetah. Some amazing experiences and sightings.
The lodge is clean and tidy and staff generally friendly and helpful. It was luckily fairly quiet At the start of our stay there, so the usual buffet was not catered, meaning that breakfast and supper was generally a la carte instead of the buffet. A la carte was good. The second day was busier and the buffet re-started.
The buffet itself is good, but not exquisite. As buffets go it was nice and a good selection of different types of food and ingredients. Good selection of salads and desserts. The highlight was the made-to-order hotplate: one day was stir-fry and the next fajitas. You choose the ingredients you want in a bowl and the sauce you’d like and the chef cooks it up on a tepanyaki style hot plate. Both times this was delicious!
Game drivers were friendly and attentive and knowledgable! Very determined to try and see lots of things including both the elephants and lions (in different areas).
We also took the horse-back safari. Was 1.5hrs on a horse. We ended up 7m/20ft from a family of 3 rhinos. Is safe as the rhinos see you as horse, not a person. What an amazing highlight being so close to these amazing creatures!
A shame the alcoholic beverage on the afternoon drive is charged to room afterwards and not included!
Gut organisiertes Resort mit vielfältigem Essensangebot. Safaris inklusive.
Went for a relaxing weekend away and got exactly that.
Would have liked some chairs to use out side the unit to soak up the sun and the relaxed surroundings
What an amazing time, the food, the service and the game drives were just top of class. Before coming to Mabula we were in Botswana and I can honestly say that you are a world class facility with outstanding food and service. We will be back....
