"We had an Ocean Front Imperial room with magnificent view. However the room did not have any full mirror and also the shower area was very small which we did not expect for a upscale room in Atlantis. The resort is full of activities and food options were nice and wide. Overall enjoyable."

"By far best vacation i’ve been on"

"Not the best hotel we have ever stayed in. And given the price it is the worst we have ever stayed in. The toilet flush stopped working everyday and we had to ask them to fix it everyday. Finally we gave up and figured out how to fix it ourselves. The water pressure was extremely uncertain. Sometimes it worked normal and sometimes there were just trickles and one day it just stopped altogether during my shower. I was standing with soap and shampoo all over me with no water. It restarted on its own after 2 mins. The wifi was sketchy to say the least. You would have full bars but no traffic whatsoever especially in the evenings. The behaviour of the front desk staff was ok. My wife asked for water to buy to which they said there's none. It will be available next morning. The taxi service at the hotel was perfect. Without the pass to the Atlantis there's literally nothing to do in and around the hotel. The room amenities were average. The restaurant doesn't deliver to your room. You have to go and order and pick it up yourself. So for the price of almost $1500 for 3 nights this was a bad deal. Avoid if you can. "

"Worst among any of the RIU properties. Dated, old, crowded, loud and noisy. Small space for property. Not suitable for quite relaxation. Not enough washrooms - only one in the reception area and one near the pool. Crowded pool. Ladies' washroom below standard. Safety box in the room had to be repaired twice. Nothing Japanese about the specialty restaurant. Poolside bar service not friendly. Bar across the Spa does not have a pleasant ambience, feels like a dungeon. Drinks made with cheap brands, do not taste right. Carts used for food/towels are extremely noisy- use WD40 for the wheels or get new ones!. Very disappointing except for the beach. Not worth the RIU brand. Do not recommend."
