"Hotel was immaculately clean, check in was very efficient. Breakfast was very good and buffet always kept topped up even in the busy period. Hotel was close to shops and a short walk to the trams and metro. Staff were helpful and nothing was too much effort. Only minor point was the shower screen was a bit short and water went over the bathroom if you were not careful. Bottle of Prosecco on arrival is nice touch and it was actually very nice. Would definitely stay again without any hesitation."
