"Convenient location . Only 20 minutes by bus to Lille. Take L5 bus to town. Good breakfast. Room has kettle with coffee and tea. Free parking below hotel."

"Staff were amazing , rooms were small and bathrooms were even smaller with no lock and a whole in the door. "

"Staff excellent. Rooms clean tidy and secure. Externally disappointing graffiti on walls near metro station and not as central as first thought compared to other hotels. "

"Rude staff + bedbugs + bad amenities + No AC The location is the only positive. However, the service is terrible and the receptionist with glasses is particularly unhelpful. Her default response to anything is “no” “fully booked” or “not possible”. For example, she initially said there was no parking but then when a colleague gave us a space we discovered there were loads available. The internal design is strange too. We weren’t given any introduction so we had to search for the garage and...
