"A very nice cabin tucked away! We mostly enjoyed the chickens visiting us on the porch during morning coffee! The cabin is about 20 mins from the Springs and grocery store/market. High Springs town about 30 mins. Bring your own ice…no ice maker. If you need anything at all, the owner lives on the large property and happy to help but does respect your privacy…never saw him and the check in process was seemless. Loved the stay and sure you will as well."

"The hotel is five years old yet it looks and smells brand new. The beds were extremely comfortable, water pressure in the shower was excellent and the room was very clean. All of the staff was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the breakfast and the kids loved using the clean pool. We will definitely stay here again."

"The room could have been cleaner. It looked like they skipped cleaning the floor. There was also no extra toilet paper, just what was on the roll by the toilet. We also got locked out of our room on Sunday. Thank god staff was walking by to help us. Not sure why that even happened. Everything else was fine though."

"The floors are dirty if you're going to walk, barefoot I don't know why they're not kept up. No ice machine working. Door needs to have a seal at the bottom. It's really open to any kind of insects/lizards that can possibly walk-through. Breakfast wasn't too bad basic continental. It's good for a day or two stay."

"Blue Gem motel was the perfect stay for us for our weekend event at Camp Kulaqua which was only a few minutes down the road. I was a lil hesitant since it was a “motel”. However the room was nicely decorated and spacious. The bed was a super comfy king bed. I travel a lot and was impressed with how comfortable I slept. The AC was nice and cold. "The Air B & B was amazing. The property and the A B & B was awesone, Clean, Quiet and very comfortable. Although some nights got a bit chilly and this property only had AC no heat. We managed just fine. We left it in perfect conditions according to the directions they wanted it left in. Thank you so much and we will be renting again. We also would recommend this to others. "

"The room had bad bugs. When it was reported to the front desk they were unable to do anything about it. We contacted Expedia and they reported that the hotel staff indicated the room was is good order. Why would we leave a "good order" room at 11:30 at night..IT HAD BE BUGS OVER OVER THE SHEETS!"

"The worst possible hotel ever!! Bed bugs in one room. 2 towels for 2 people. One pillow each. One was a pull out bed not a king bed. Bugs everywhere. No ice. No internet and tv worked some. Air worked. The management was terrible. We paid for three days only stayed one cus daughter was sick. Or we would not have stayed. No refund either. Charged me extra to checkin 45 min early and there was not one person checked in. Do not stay here!!!!!"
