"Our room was pristine and decorated beautifully, the breakfast was delicious and served by the hosts, plus they were also very friendly."

"The hotel is completely under renovation which we were not informed of when booking. No restaurant open. Our first room was unclean and someone had been laying on the bed. Front desk was helpful getting a new room. Coffee in lobby with no tops for cups. Very unpleasant experience. I typically expect more from Indigo."

"I loved the suite and furnishings. It was well maintained, modern and clean. Housekeeping was somewhat aggressive and began knocking at 9 am for checkout, which was annoying. If checkout is at 11, then knock on door at 11 if the guest hasn't checked out or made arrangements for a late checkout. Overall, I would book, again, based on the overall experience."

Staff should be trained to say "excuse me or good morning" when coming off elevator or down hallway not just passing your guests. I worked for LaQuinta for twenty three years and we were very friendly to the guests maded them feel "Welcomed"."

From great working air conditioning, comfortable bed, amazing breakfast, welcoming staff , super quick and easy check in and lastly CLEAN. It was an amazing stay, 11AM check out was very convenient for us who made it in late enough time to rest , eat shower and repack. "Please don’t stay here I made a huge mistake! There as a roach in the bathroom, and we were afraid to sleep on the beds due to the uncleanliness of the property and room! I will not make this mistake again!"

"I hate to be that person but this has to be said !!!!! First room they gave me — I closed the door after walking in and the drywall was collapsed, opened the night stand drawer and there were drugs (weed and pills) , ketchup packets and just blah , opened the drawer under tv and more drugs (pills) some crushed on a room key and finally I pulled the blanket back on the bed and not really any surprise the sheets had brown stains on them. NO NO NO ! Told them and gave me a different room better but...

"After we guaranteed our reservation, we arrived to be told that the hotel was sold out and we needed to find another hotel. The clerk was unprofessional clicking her nails and not bothering to look at us. When I asked why were weren't told after guaranteeing our reservation through Expedia we were told that it was our problem not theirs. We were given 4 names of hotels but no help in securing accommodations. Awful customer service."
