The pictures of the property on the website are very deceiving and look nothing like how the property actually is. The person at the front desk was at least very polite and kind, but overall I did not feel safe staying here and would not recommend anyone stay here. "

"No hot water in entire building and they checked us into our room anyway. When we discovered it and called front desk Manager was terrible. We tryed to check out and He wouldnt check us out and trying to charge us for the room. I called Expedia and they called the Hotel and was treated much the same way. So I did get me refund that was due me. "

"It’s going through renovations. also walls thin and can hear people above you as well. Refrigerator “knocked” all the time as well. For the money it’s a place to stay but if you need quiet and appliances not keeping you up then it’s not the place for you. THE STAFF IS AMAZING. Nicest people ever!!!"

"Room was large and clean. Pool and gym were gorgeous. Breakfast buffet had an excellent assortment! Asked for a quiet room- they gave us one that was street facing. Great view- not quiet. Staff was not very knowledgeable of the surrounding area (clueless on details of centennial park and Vanderbilt which are their immediate neighbours). They made parking more complicated than it needed to be. "

"The location is in the cutest part of Nashville close to Belmont. Plenty of restaurants/coffee shops in walking distance. Lots of people out and about. The one hiccup we had was with a cleaning guy who literally blocked us out of the elevator and tried to shut the door on us. I’m like, we can ride with you dude. It’s okay. But we lived our stay and would totally stay again. "
