"Hotel was okay - staff was very competent, professional, helpful. But at least one elevator (of just 3) was out of order. So we ended up using the service elevators… once we found out about them. Windows opened, but would not stay open, and there were no screens, at least in our room."

"I chose it because of the price. You get what you paid for. A dated hotel that needs updating and maintenance, a working breakfast buffet, better ventilation. Too bad since it’s is big, had a large pool, and has a good location with not a lot of hotel options in the area."

"The staff has dirty uniforms, could not get hot water to make tea to day. Stated the coffees shop is closed on Monday's. Hall floors are not vacuum, glass doors were not cleaned during my total stay. In general poor maintenance."
