"The hotel itself was very nice. Rooms nice size for downtown Paris. Centrally located to Eiffel Tower and quant bakeries and cafes. Safe is helpful. But when they say the breakfast will open at 7 it means sometime after seven. But they will accommodate if you need something at 7. We also had an issue the day we stayed with the hot water. They didn’t get it repaired the morning we were checking out until we were leaving for the airport. But they were trying everything to get it fixed on a sunday...

"Great location close to the Louve with plenty of dining options nearby. The staff was welcoming and accommodating. They are renovating parts of the hotel and we stayed in a recently renovated room that was spacious and clean with robes, towel warmer and Nespresso machine. We would definitely consider staying here again when we return to Paris."

"Our room had mold in the shower all over the ceiling. The floor had so much hair that was not ours that I had to wear slippers. The staff were very nice and helpful. The location was perfect. The room was small but that is to be expected in Paris. It was a nice touch to have wine, water, and chocolate in the room for us. "There was never any soap in the bathroom sink. The entire 4 days we stayed at this hotel. We even went down to the desk and asked for soap on our second day, they said they would send someone up with it. Never got any soap. Weird"
