"I liked the cleanliness and comfort of our room. It was cozy and we felt very much at home. They also have a sauna and hot tub which I’d like to enjoy next time. It is also conveniently located with several restaurants within walking distance."

"Woman at check in this time (October 16th&17th) was a bit officious and pedantic ("I'm holding on to this room key until you give me your phone number and email because Expedia shows them as 00")and uninterested in helping us "I don't know anything about electric vehicle charging". Both encounters were unpleasant. Last time (September 12th), the staff were *excellent*"
