From check-in to check out we had a wonderful experience at the BRIX hotel. Very beautiful property, staff was friendly and kind. Room was fine but shower was difficult to use. Air conditioner was hard to use. If you turn it off i still felt like air was circulating. Front desk staff was excellent. Staff at complimentary bfst. At Tiki was great. Staff at kava was not all there.
