"Clean room but needs some tlc"

"The room was nice and clean, shower and bath all good. Bar area and restaurant all good. All in all a nice place to stay."

But best of all were the staff with special mention to Erinda on Reception, who really looked after us and was delightful; and Zizi who was in charge of the breakfast room and also looked after us. For all of this the price seemed very reasonable. Very happy and will definitely stay here again."

"Room was fine, housekeeping didn’t always refresh the teabags which was frustrating and the room service food was overdone and lukewarm by the time it was delivered, which was disappointing. Staff were mainly friendly and helpful although bar staff were abrupt and on one occasion rude."

"The hotel ceased trading several days before our trip. We received no communication about this from either the hotel or Hotels.com and so found out when we arrived at around 10:30pm and found security guards preventing access to the car park or building. Appalling service"
