"This hotel meets the needs but that's about it. It was clean though not as convenient as they advertise. The shower is extremely slippery. The staff is not very friendly although they will suggest restaurants and call a cab when one is leaving for the airport. It is not a place to stay when visiting Naples, just a place to stay the night before a flight out. The neighborhood doesn't look like it but there are some good restaurants just down the street. "The owner is wonderful. Drove us to the airport to drop off the car, took us to a restaurant and picked us up later. The room was nice and had a spacious bathroom. The only reason I took off a start is because the room smelled terribly like cigarette smoke (Italians like to smoke). The staff offered air freshening spray, but it didn't help much. There were no other rooms available to switch to. "

"Hotel is located next to train station which is convenient if you are traveling by train, however it also makes it a very loud area with lots of cars & people. The room & hotel areas are clean, however the a/c could not be manually set in the room and is controlled by the hotel which cannot be adjusted.
