They loved the hospitality, early check in, the room with fun balcony, the calming design, amazing breakfast and a special delivery of wine and sweets to their room. They had a blast. "The staff of male constantly told me he is not working when that day was Saturday the Shabbat stated, but before that Shabbat started, a woman staff did not give the key that can open the front door, she also didn’t give me the door code to open the door. Nor even tell me the coffee was available. Shabbat is not something that couldn’t simply answer question by one few words if you operate a hostel business for public to use it in Shabbat time. At least the person of male should not be in business if he would declare he is the person would keep observation as Shabbat request. The problem is you can keep to observe the rules of Shabbat, then you should ask the management to arrange others to cover, or you make note your hotel in Shabbat with no service for guests. You could not take guests with money while no service for services."

"The check time window isnt displayed prominently and as it was a one night no refundable reservation it was during dinner a couple of hours away that I contacted the property at approximately 830pm to inquire if someone would be there at 11pm approximately and the zion hotels staff failed to reply. Its a cheap place by Jerusalems standards $85 a night and I have yet to receive a reply from them"

"Stayed for one night on a business trip. The hotel was clean, parking was readily available, and the breakfast offered a good variety of options. The room was comfortable and functional for a short stay. On the downside, the overall design and decor feel noticeably outdated, both in the rooms and throughout the hotel. Overall, a reasonable choice for a business stay, but the property would benefit from modernization."

"Excellent place to stay while visiting Jerusalem. The staff and service were excellent. Quite elegance for those in the know this is the place to go. Can’t wait to come stay here again. Special thank you goes to the front desk staff who made the check-in experience after a long flight a seamless experience. The room was nice and nicely finished though the shower got some getting used too. The food and especially the breakfast are a must."
