"The staff at this hotel is excellent. We had a long delay that changed our travel dates and staff was super responsive on the app. The breakfast is a great way to start the day. It’s well maintained and plentiful. Overall a great experience for our family vacation stay."

"The staff here are so friendly and helpful. Quick to help and advise, and help us practice our Spanish. Breakfast buffet was simple yet satisfying - especially good the morning after having Parrilla for dinner. Only downside I can think of were the inconsistent WiFi connection but even that wasn’t much of a problem. Otherwise, we loved staying here."

"Our stay at CasaSur Palermo was perfect. The staff was attentive, knowledgeable, and went out of their way to make us feel at home. The location was within a walking distance to every major point in Palermo and Recoleta and we took the yellow bus to get around town. The hotel was pretty, the gym was enough for what I needed, the room was huge, the bed was super comfortable and we enjoyed the fair breakfast everyone. Will definitely stay here again.!"

"I was visiting Buenos Aires for two weeks, the room was cleaned properly every day, the housekeeping team is excellent, the breakfast team is a small staff but everything is impeccable."
