"I had a very poor experience. From the moment we arrived, the room was not properly prepared. It was extremely hot, the refrigerator had been turned off, there was hair in the tub, hair in the bed, holes in the curtains, and bugs crawling in the room. The overall cleanliness and condition were unacceptable. Customer service made things even worse. The front desk worker was extremely rude, often not available at the desk, and dismissive when concerns were reported. At one point we were told, “it’s not our problem,” which is shocking to hear as a paying guest. Fresh sheets were only offered the first night. There were more bug issues the second night, and no meaningful solutions were offered despite the ongoing concerns. We were told that changing rooms would require paying an additional charge for a different room type, even though the issues were caused by the poor condition of the original room. The stay became so uncomfortable that we chose to check out early and move to a better property rather than remain another night. I would not recommend this property to anyone and would never stay here again"

"Parking was easy, staff was nice. The beb was clean but everything else was pretty dirty. The tv remote had gunk stuck to it and the tv would randomly stop working. There was no way to cast our phones to it so we had no entertainment. The pool was dirty and last but not least the elevator is TERRFYING. It madness god awful noises and it sounds like it could snap at any second. "
