"Everything was great during my stay at Fairfield. Breakfast was good the staff was friendly and polite. The grounds were well kept. Other than you having to get staff to open gym for you I didn’t find anything wrong. I will start there on my next trip in that area."

"Honestly this was the worst hotel I have ever stayed ! The restrooms , beds and towels were so dirty , truly if you like cleanliness then don’t stay here . I was forced to stay here for the event connect soccer playoff the other hotel was way expensive so I chose this but I could not leave after Checkin since we had to stay at one of the required hotel to play in the ECNL playoff at fort worth . Everything is nasty in this place . Look for other place ."

"This location wasn’t even able to access our reservation through Expedia then wanted to charge us more than we paid through Expedia. It was late, they weren’t willing to just get us in a room so they could figure out things on their end since we had given them our Expedia itinerary # and details. Sat in our car (since the lobby smells terrible) and was on hold with Expedia forever since they weren’t willing unable to reach anyone in management at this location to resolve our issue. Never again!"

"The location to the Kimball Museum in the Fort Worth Cultural Arts District was ideal. The staff were friendly and beyond accommodating. The decor was on point and the art collection unrivaled . Snaps to Marianna our Art Concierge for the comprehensive and enjoyable Art tour of the Hotels Collection. The food scene at Emilies and surrounding restaurants was not to be missed. This will be my go-to destination stay for all things Fort Wort and surrounding areas."
