"The hotel itself was definitely something to see. Beautifully designed, and you can tell a lot of thought was put into it. The rooms were your typical hotel room, slightly outdated, but still very functional. The issue we had was with the key cards/door access. We went thru 5 keys before we finally gained access to our room - and we weren’t the only guest with that issue. The front desk staff member handled the frustrating situation wonderfully, never losing her cool with any of the guests, despite the later hour and how many of us were experiencing the same issue. In the morning when we checked out, our room was flagged and we were given a discount for our troubles - again the staff was beyond pleasant and apologized profusely for our inconvenience. Quick note to add - the bed was probably the most comfortable bed I have ever slept on and I woke up with zero back pain."

"Clean, well maintained, newly renovated room and bathroom. Breakfast was excellent and lots of options BUT it should start earlier maybe 6AM. Beds/mattresses are really comfortable considering that my husband and I have back pains if it is not comfortable. Staff are helpful and welcoming. The Best part is, this facility smells good and fresh due to a strict zero-tolerance policy regarding smoking, vaping, and marijuana consumption."

"Everything was very private and no one bothered you if you didn't want them to. The room was very nice and big and clean and perfect for our week long stay. The parking lot was very well lit so it felt very safe. Also had a great breakfast and right next to coffee shop if you wanted to get something else in the morning. Also great late night snack options in the vending machines!"

"I was extremely disappointed and uncomfortable during my stay at this property. Upon arrival, there was a woman in the lobby screaming and acting aggressively before physically assaulting another woman. Police arrived shortly afterward. Unfortunately, this was not an isolated incident. On two additional occasions when returning to the hotel, there were police vehicles on-site — the last time there were three police cars present. During the third incident, I asked one of the attending officers what was happening and was informed that the property is being used as emergency housing for individuals in crisis. While I understand and respect the importance of providing emergency accommodations, this information was never disclosed when booking the hotel. Throughout the stay, I witnessed open drug use in the parking lot and ongoing disturbances that made me feel very unsafe as a paying guest. The overall atmosphere was stressful and unsettling rather than welcoming or secure. This property may be suitable for some travelers, but based on my experience, I would not feel comfortable staying here again or recommending it to others who are expecting a typical hotel environment focused on guest comfort and safety."
