"Loved the pool has table and 4 chairs to sit drink eat etc,loved the massage room with massage table and spa, loved my massages ordered thru hotel, big outdoor projector to view at night only, tvs in room, reception front desk staff very informative and if they are not sure they will check and let you know asap, staff were amazing yo my son,downsides, pool burns on my 6 year old, no microwave, no kettle/jug to make your own coffee tea during the day or night... overall I would come back here...

"I booked two rooms for eight nights, and the staff made the whole experience incredible, they were all very warm, polite, and professional. "Pretty standard hotel, but very close to the airport"

"部屋のトイレが壊れていたり、洗面台の水道の蛇口が壊れていて水が出なかったりして大変でした。また、シャワーは何とか少し出ましたが、お湯は出なく、水でした。ホテルのスタッフに相談すると、部屋を変えてくれましたが変更後の部屋も同じ状況であり、大変でした。"

"We had to leave this hotel without staying. It was dirty & smelly. The walks were filthy, bathroom moldy & griss & the beds were thin & pillows disgusting. The 1st room reeked of snoke so we hauled our stuff back downstairs to request a different room but it was no better so we simply left. Walked down to the Ibis Kuta Hotel instead for just a few dollars more."
