"Dirty bathroom: tub, shower, & toilet! No hot water "

"An older hotel but it’s clean. Check-in was easy it has a microwave and refrigerator, which is getting hard to find. This hotel is very convenient to stay here then go to tombstone. I didn’t hear a lot of road noise or anything. Also, I didn’t see it until it was too late, but they had a free washer and dryer around where the ice machine is. I would definitely stay here again if I were in the area."

"The staff were lovely, but the cleaning staff didn't seem to want to refill the cup supply or the ice bags, and I was there a week and a half. The room's carpet was gross, the ice machine on the 3rd flr was broken (how hard is it to get that fixed?) and the breakfasts were okay. Shout out to the staffer who kept the buffet in such good shape."

"The main pool was out of order but nobody bothered to mention it when we checked in. On top of that our room smelled like sewage. The staff was quick to move our room and offer some complimentary drinks due the pool situation, so I appreciate that, but the “luxury” is certainly lacking at this property. Piece of advice, clean the stairs to the water slide and at least skim the broken pool with a net so guests dont have to look at all the nasty crap floating in the water, even if its not useable."
