This time it was dirty, had to ask for extra towels and glasses, also had to ask for toilet roll, and asked for more coffee and tea as only x2 on arrival in room.... Asking staff for anything took at least an hour to receive.... Could do with staff who care about there jobs and where they work. "

"Superbly professional and friendly service. Enjoyed a room upgrade for a special birthday. Flowers and chocolates from the family were in the room when I arrived as well as a beautiful and delicious cake provided at dinner. Spa staff were friendly and added to the relaxation. It was a memorable celebration weekend. "
