"Had a twin room and staying with a friend. Good size. Comfy beds, and decent shower. Breakfast is cheap and cheerful, although nothing fancy. Arden is competively priced for staying on site at UK Games Expo at NEC, and a new pedestrian access along the main road the hotel entrance is on means you can be at the resort restaurants in under five minutes. They've built more parking out front which is handy. Shame they charge you an "early parking charge" if you arrive before the 2pm...

"We booked for convenience really. Early flight, Airport transfer was great and because we were close to the airport we could drop our luggage off early night before actually. It was a little cool in the room and there was a crack/Chip in the sink bowl. The bar restaurant was pricey but the food was good. "

"Last minute flight delays required me to find a hotel for the night and this was surprisingly the best value option either in or near Terminal 5. Pretty sure the regular rate was much higher so guessing the £150 I paid was due to extra vacancies available. Recommend if you can get it cheap and/or you want a hotel right on T5 as it was very convenient for my trip early the next day."

"Dining in area limited to hotel unless you are up for bus ride and walk into Houndslow. Bus stop is near but not at hotel if you have luggage. Reasonable for room near LHR. "
