"What a fantastic hotel! I decided to treat myself and it was beyond worth the money. I arrived early and wanted to know if I could either check in early or leave my luggage for a bit. The staff on reception were so friendly, they allowed me to check in early for free! As I use double crutches I was asked if I wanted a room on ground floor or closer to the lift (I was in executive room which are located on 4th floor). "Cute little hotel with kind staff. It was being prepared for renovations while we were here which created some commotion with the lifts and traffic in the lobby. The room was comfortable and gym was good. We cut our stay short to stay closer to the sights and the staff was incredibly gracious about the change. Thank you for having us!"

"We had a 12 overnight layover and this is the perfect location with easy access to and from the terminals. Clean comfortable and friendly. "

"Last minute flight delays required me to find a hotel for the night and this was surprisingly the best value option either in or near Terminal 5. Pretty sure the regular rate was much higher so guessing the £150 I paid was due to extra vacancies available. Recommend if you can get it cheap and/or you want a hotel right on T5 as it was very convenient for my trip early the next day."
