Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Gave good advice getting to hotel and back from the airport. Food and room service ok, but V. Expensive. I'm sure not unlike other hotels. Will look into Just Eat or deliveroo next time. But good place to stay overall.

We loved our stay at Leonardo very close to the airport and bus transportation. The staff was the greatest at giving us precise directions to our tour and the reassurance we needed. Excellent breakfast bar wellmaintained. Quite an incredible space with such WONDERFUL and helpful staff.

The service was good. Cleanliness was good. The fact that you had to put your key card in to the slot inside next to the door to turn the lights on in the room was annoying. It was not explained to me upon checking in and there was no explanation in the room. Also the power switch next to the bed had to be on to charge my mobile phone. Again never explained to me. I had no charge in my mobile phone when I woke up which was awful as I was about to go on a transatlantic flight and my boarding pass was saved in my phone.
