"internet in our room mostly intermittent. manager notified-noi help was stung by a bee in the lobby. tv difficult to use-DirectTV beds hard but OK location and brealfast good"

"The Lodge front desk staff and bar staff are kind and friendly. Be able to use stairs as there is no elevator. It’s an old, historic place. Close to Cloudcroft shops and restaurants, but you might want to drive as the Lodge is up a steep incline from the shops."

"I love La Quinta, but this was the worst stay ever. Breakfast was cut short the time we were staying, supposed to be til 10 and they were shutting down at 9. The mini fridge was frozen up I our room. The hot tub was working. Kids were unsupervised in the pool area. Had issues with the ice makers not working."

"The hotel is new and clean. Staff is friendly and courteous. Rooms have full size refrigerators, microwave and flat top stoves upon request. There is a pool, bbq area, fitness center and washer dryers. Very nice 5 stars."
