"Enjoyed our stay. Lovely, large room and balcony. Breakfast was good and staff helpful. We had a car with us but found we hardly needed it as there is a bus stop and train station very close and the public transport takes you easily to most popular locations. Downside perhaps was that the hotel is on a moderately busy road so some traffic noise."
" The hotel is located in small community and very quiet. Very nice rooms. We stayed there to tour The Eagles Nest and it was very close. We arrived a little late and they were great about it and hung around until we arrived. We weren’t real late but they showed great customer service. The breakfast bar was really good as well. I would definitely recommend staying here!"

"Frühstücksbuffet war sehr schön, auch auf der Terasse möglich. Wer Golf spielen möchte ist in diesem Hotel genau richtig aufgehoben. Gastronimie ist ausgezeichnet."

"The staff was amazing. We arrived late due to a flat tire. We did not have time to get food and their restaurant just closed. We asked if we could sit in the dinning room and east snacks we had from hiking. The server who was trying to go home served us a round of wine and was able to get us some soup and a meat board.
Amazing service and we could not have been more grateful.

"Sehr schönes Hotel in zentraler Lage. Die Zimmer sind modern, sauber, das Frühstück reichhaltig und lecker. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal an der Rezeption. Der kleine Spa Bereich im Dachgeschoss ist spitze. Einzig allein die Öffnungszeiten könnten länger sein (aktuell nur 15:00-22:00 Uhr). Absolut empfehlenswert für einen Aufenthalt in Bad Reichenhall!"
