"I was first assigned a room with visible mold, water damage, poor maintenance, and obvious cleanliness issues. After I complained, the hotel moved me to another room the next day, but unfortunately it was also in poor condition. The attached photos were taken in both rooms and in the reception area, and accurately reflect my experience.
