I had the family room. There were only 2 towels when I arrived. I had to wait 8 hours just for towels. The tub wouldn’t drain correctly it took 24 hours just for them to fix. Staff was nice. Breakfast was good most of room was good except bathtub had a pubic hair. Headboard had a hand print. Few stains on carpet. Chair was cover in male bodily fluid stains.
