"Did not feel safe in the area. The restaurant was not good. The manager refunded half of the meal. There was random bits of garbage in the hall. And the crackheads coming up on and bothering people infront of the hotel entrance on the hotel property. The garbage cans in front of the hotel were overflowing. The room was nice, but the river view wasn’t appealing and quite gross. "

"Rooms were nice. The food options were not great, we were expecting the upper level restaurant to be open. They had it on their website and on the TV guide in the rooms but went to top floor and it was closed permanently. All we had was the bar or the lobby restaurant that was not suitable for kids and way over priced."

I told the hotel, but they just said they could give me another room as soon as available "tomorrow" - of no use to me, as "tomorrow" I was leaving! Due to this issue, I could not enjoy any of the hotel facilities as the only way to have the room locked was to be locked in... as from the outside, it did not lock. Broken, literally broken, and while there I only got a "Sorry". I had to ask Expedia's intervention to get a refund. but the hotel only agreed to 30% which is better than nothing, but really not enough to convince a client to come back. Disappointing."
