"Would not receive a late check out when others with me received it. The manager there was terrible and unaccommodating. It cost me $80.00 for Uber to send my guest to get his wallet at moody center instead of me driving him there because I was told I would be charged a fee if I didnt check out on his time.
He offered me a free cup of coffee. Terrible PR."

"Probably the main thing to know is that this Holiday Inn Express is connected to the Hotel Indigo and check-in is through the latter. For a relatively small hotel (or hotels), it can be confusing to get around the first few times. We took the parking garage elevator to the lobby floor of the Holiday Inn Express but there's no lobby there anymore (even though that's where they serve the solid, if underhwelming, free breakfast). You then walk down a corridor to find yourself on the mezzanine of...

"Went there to attend the Austin theatre of magic show in room 725 and was not disappointed, The hotel was well staffed and very clean. The wait staff in the bar was also excellent. Would definitely recommend the magic show ( it was awesome) they used the audience in a few of their sketches, very well done."
