dirty central place..

There was no reception just one key on the door for us was left, we needed more as a family. When I called them to ask for the key and other things, they did not answer and called back later. I have suspects about the cleanliness of the room, as there was a big dead butterfly by window and many spider webs.. Only good thing is its being central. I definitely do no advice this place to people who expect clean place... The bed top covers were also dirty , I didn't want to touch them.

Einfaches aber sauberes und schön helles Appartement. Gut erreichbar vom Bahnhof zu Fuß oder der Tram. Parkplätze sind auch vorhanden. Viele schöne Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Kultur und Park sind in fußläufiger Nähe.

Wir haben als Paar hier 3 Nächte im Sommer 23 verbracht, um Potsdam zu besichtigen. Die Unterkunft ist zweckmäßig, aber wirklich sehr einfach eingerichtet. In unserem Zimmer war die Küchenzeile leider das Billigste vom Billigsten. Am Wochenende ist kein Ansprechpartner vor Ort. Das Treppenhaus ist recht geschmacklos mit Plastikblumen etc. eingerichtet. Negativ ist zudem anzumerken, dass es im Badezimmer unseres Zimmers nach Rauch stank. Ebenso heizte sich der Raum sehr auf, eine Klimaanlage etc. war nicht vorhanden. Parkplätze sind vorhanden, kosten aber 9€ pro Nacht. Positiv ist unserer Meinung nach lediglich die Lage zu bewerten. Der Preis war aufgrund der Lage gerade noch so okay (für diesen doch niedrigen Standard). Wir würden für unseren nächsten Potsdam-Aufenthalt eine andere Unterkunft wählen!

Für den Preis war die Unterkunft für eine Nacht OK. Empfang war freundlich. Kritik gibt es am Badezimmer. Es gibt keine Ablage über dem Waschbecken für Kosmetik oder Pflegemittel. Es ist nicht so angenehm im Zimmer, wenn man das Fenster nicht kippen kann, weil es sehr alte sind, 2-teilige Fensterflügel und im Erdggeschoß.

Die Unterkunft liegt sehr zentral. Man ist fußläugig drekt im Holländischen Viertel und such gut an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel angebunden.

Die Zimmer waren zweckmäßig eingerichtetet. Ein Sofa für 3 Personen fand ich eher etwas wenig. Leider passte der Stöpsel nicht in die Spüle, so dass der Abwasch etwas schwierig war. Das Bad war recht neu mit einer sehr großen Dusche.

Schöne apartments mit eine kleine einfache Kücheneinrichtung. Bad ist modern. Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich und Netten. Ist und sogar mit dem Preis für eine weitere Nacht sehr entgegen kommen. Wir werden diese Unterkunft öfters für unseren Aufenthalt in Potsdam in Anspruch nehmen.
